7. Porsche Cayenne Turbo
Porsche could have had two models on the list, but the Macan Turbo nearly missed the top 10. However, the new Cayenne Turbo earned a seventh place thanks to an engine which generates 542 horsepower. Even though 4.1 seconds is an impressive result, what is even better is the way this model handles.
