The Super Sport comes with a 16-cylinder engine that generates 1200 hp whereas it can reach 60 mph from a standstill in only 2.4 seconds. What is impressive is that the Super Sport can go to 245 mph in under a minute. Thanks to these figures, a lot of people would put the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport at the top spot, but what also contributes to that opinion is the hefty $2.4 million price tag.
