4. Tyrrell P34
Formula One was off the limits in the 1970s and the people who were a part of it one way or another did all kinds of stuff just to gain an edge over their opponents. Designer Derek Gardner added another set of wheels to one of the vehicles called Tyrrell P34. The racer contains four smaller wheels at the front to reduce drag which is caused by the massive wheels at the rear. While this was not the only six-wheeled vehicle, it was the only one that actually campaigned and one of its drivers, Jody Scheckter called it “a piece of junk!”
