We truly miss the Saab PhoeniX, and we fully understand why Budget Direct decided to render the concept car. Back in 2011, the company was at the edge of bankruptcy, and the PhoeniX concept was their manifestation of revival. Meanwhile, this new version of the PhoeniX looks phenomenal.
