5. Thunderbolt and Lightfoot (1974)
During 1973 Pontiac built around 4.802 Trans Ams, and luckily one of those managed to find its way to the big screen. The movie stars Clint Eastwood and Jeff Bridges, and it starts with Bridges stealing one T/A from the car lot. The Trans AM you could see has a white custom interior and two optional things -a screaming chicken on the hood and the Honeycomb wheels. It is basically a stock one with a red hood scoop that never offered any info about the engine under it. With a pure assumption, we call that it is a standard 455 cu. in. engine. It would be a lot better if it were the optional Super Duty 455 that was cranked to output between 250 to 310 HP.
