Throughout WWII Ford had a division in Germany that remained part of Ford Motor Company even though Germany committed horrible atrocities. Car production started before the 1940s but ended in 1942. However, that is not the end of Ford’s involvement in Germany. In 1942 they began producing military vehicles only. Ford-Werke used to make trucks and armored personnel carriers for the Germans. Incredible, right?
