14. Buick Electra 225 – Deuce and a Quarter
Most of the nicknames were short versions of the name itself in the 1960s America. For instance, the Mustang became the Stang, whereas Corvette was simply Vette. However, this practice skipped the Buick Electra which came with the nickname “Deuce and a Quarter.” The nickname stands for the 225 in the name of the car with deuce marking the first number and a quarter refers to remaining 25 in the badge.
