26. Lotus Elise Series 1
Lotus is famous for making light, and powerful vehicle and this Elise is no exception. It weighs less than 1,600 pounds, but the purist design stopped this car from entering the USA. The Elise Series 1 was produced from 1996 to 2001, and not a single model crossed the border.
