Ehang 184 debuted at CES a few years ago, and at that point, it looked too good to be true. It was fully automated, completely safe and comfortable with nothing but a touchscreen anyone can use. As disappointing as it is, not much has changed ever since. The company is still making bold claims such as that they tested their model over 1,000 times. They filed for US bankruptcy protection in May 2018 with the move they refer to as ‘strategic.’ The situation doesn’t look bright, but their concept is truly a piece of work!
