9. 1997 Volkswagen W12 Syncro Concept
The Volkswagen W12 was popular mostly due to its appearance in Gran Turismo, Project Gotham Racing 3 and Test Drive, but this vehicle was actually produced. The VW Group CEO Ferdinand Piech and Italdesign worked together on this concept which was going to introduce the VW’s 12-cylinder engine.
