Think of a hovercraft which can go underwater and you’re almost there. The Aqua was built to conquer just about any terrain on earth, and judging by the way it looks, we do not doubt that for one second. It’s apparently powered by a hydrogen energy cell and can achieve 62 mph on just about any surface. It’s the ultimate vehicle for anyone with an adventurous spirit, isn’t it? Nothing can stop it. No snow, river or boulder field. There’s just one problem with it. VW hasn’t built it, and they won’t be able to for a long time.
